Average stay. Some issues noticed
funny smellneglected course
the room smelled a bit funny, like old gym socks. plus, the mini golf course seemed neglected. some of the greens were torn and the obstacles were falling apart. i think they could use some upkeep on the facilities, specially for the price you pay. the tropical gardens were alright, but i expected more.

I found the pools to be impeccably maintained. The poolside areas were kept consistently clean. The provided amenities fulfilled all my requirements . Staff members promptly resolved the slight issues I encountered.

i found the pools really enjoyable. the movie nights at the main pool were a nice touch, and the staff was always friendly. there were also vending machines available, made getting quick snacks convenient. i appreciated the vegetation throughout the hotel..
the wi-fi connection was not reliable, hard to get work done.

The pools were convenient for my children and the attractiveness of the hotel met expectations. It was very HANDY to get breakfast before heading out for day trips.
The sofa bed was broken. the main queen bed was so uncomfortable. Humidity even set the smoke alarms off every night. EVERY single room requires a clothes airer.

The resort has several nice pools and a decent place to eat. My room faced the outside, so it was peaceful and quiet. I found the beds were nice and comfortable and the water pressure felt great. I only spent one night here, and the food tasted okay.
The dining options for a resort this size seem limited. Pizza and pasta are only available some days. I think a microwave would add some value to the room.
